[Experimental and Molecular Medicine] Researchers defined a new signaling pathway that regulated the transcription and expression of PD-L1 upon TGF-β treatment, which might have a significant impact on research into the application of immunotherapy in treating lung cancer.

[Science Advances] Researchers showed that their unique poly(2-oxazoline)–based nanomicellar formulation of Resiquimod, an imidazoquinoline Toll-like receptor 7/8 agonist, had a superior tumor inhibitory effect in a metastatic model of lung adenocarcinoma, relative to anti–PD-1 therapy or platinum-based chemotherapy.
