Melanophilin-Induced Primary Cilia Promote Pancreatic Cancer Metastasis

Researchers demonstrated that melanophilin (MLPH) promoted PDAC metastasis by inducing the regrowth of primary cilia. Clinically, high MLPH expression was positively correlated with metastasis and poor PDAC prognosis.
