NLRP4 Renders Pancreatic Cancer Resistant to Olaparib through Promotion of the DNA Damage Response and ROS-Induced Autophagy

The authors conducted an analysis of the DepMap database to investigate gene expression variations associated with olaparib sensitivity. They reported that NLRP4 upregulation contributed to increased resistance to olaparib in pancreatic cancer cells, both in vitro and in vivo.
