Advanced Strategies for Strengthening the Immune Activation Effect of Traditional Antitumor Therapies

Various strategies have been proposed to strengthen the immune activation effect of traditional therapies (TTS) and then achieve synergistic antitumor efficacy with immunotherapy. These strategies primarily focus on augmenting the tumor immunogenic cell death effect or facilitating the antigen presentation process during TTS, and they are systematically summarized in this review.
