Vasorin Promotes Endothelial Differentiation of Glioma Stem Cells via Stimulating the Transcription of VEGFR2

Researchers showed that vasorin (VASN) expression positively correlates with glioma-derived endothelial cell signatures in glioma patients. VASN promotes the endothelial differentiation capacity of glioma stem cell (GSC) in vitro and participates in the formation of GSC-derived vessels in vivo.
