Scientists designed a dual functional biologic-released bioadhesive comprised of methacrylated silk fibroin crosslinked with phenylboronic acid-ionic liquid loading with growth factor TGF-β1, which integrated chemo-mechanical restoration with inner meniscal regeneration.
