Machine Learning Determines Stemness Associated with Simple and Basal-Like Canine Mammary Carcinomas

The authors validated, using Canine Mammary Tumors samples, a previously published canine one-class logistic regression machine learning algorithm to predict stemness in canine cancer cells. Then, using the canine mRNAsi, the authors observed that simple carcinomas exhibited higher stemness than complex carcinomas and other histological subtypes.
