Notum Enhances Gastric Cancer Stem-Like Cell Properties through Upregulation of Sox2 by PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathway

Bioinformatics analysis, RT-qPCR, western blot and imunohistochemistry staining were applied to characterize Notum expression in gastric cancer specimens. The early diagnostic value of Notum was analyzed by logistic regression analysis method.
