Scientists showed that insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) binds MYCN mRNA with N6-methyladenosine modification and regulates its stability and expression. This in turn, can bind to the IGF2BP3 promoter to promote its expression.
