Vertebrate Lonesome Kinase Modulates the Hepatocyte Secretome to Prevent Perivascular Liver Fibrosis and Inflammation

Cultured progenitor cells established from primary hepatocytes of Pkdcc knockout mice produced a secretome, which promoted their own proliferation in 3D spheroids and proliferation of cultured fibroblasts.
