The Fragile X Messenger Ribonucleoprotein 1 Regulates the Morphology and Maturation of Human and Rat Oligodendrocytes

Using a combination of human pluripotent stem cell—derived oligodendrocytes and an Fmr1 knockout rat model, we studied the role of fragile X messenger ribonucleoprotein on mammalian oligodendrocyte development.
