Scientists explored the encapsulation of curcumin in glucan nanoparticles (NPs) and its impact on oxidative stress in liver cancer cells. Smaller GC111 NPs were promising candidates for future studies aimed at evaluating oxidative stress-induced tumor cell death mechanisms.
